AARP website: unable to update my phone number or password
WEBSep 3, 2022 · I got a new phone number recently. I am unable to change the old phone number to the new one on my AARP account. I've called customer service twice now, and they can't change my phone number either. Because I can't change my phone number, also I can't change my password, because I can't receive the SMS confirmation code.

WEBDec 15, 2022 · Free Phone Charger from AARP. I received the free phone charger from AARP when I renewed my membership. It took 6 hours to charge my cell phone when it usually only takes an hour. On the bottom of the charger it states the output is 5.0 volts but when I tested it the output was 0.2 volts, which is 4.8 volts less than stated.
