WEBMar 5, 2014 · DELL is telling us they have changed their business model and no longer can you customize certain model PC’s. On the ones you can they don’t allow you to customize much. DELL lost out to 11 pc’s we bought in Jan/2014 and chose HP’s instead from CDW all because they wouldn’t change the hard drive to an SSD!!! @Dell_Technologies.
