WEBDec 30, 2021 · Hello, I'm trying to pair my Buds Pro with the Surface 8 Pro (Win11) and I can confirm that these are not visible in the Bluetooth pairing. Even using the Samsung Buds app this is not recognising the Bluetooth device. Clearly an issue around the Bluetooth firmware/Hardware on Surface 8 Pro. Carlos.

WEBSep 28, 2020 · Galaxy Buds Plus, when I connected it on my laptop with Windows 10, it works well about 10 - 20 seconds, and suddenly it distorts or glitches for a split second, and then goes back to working well for 10 - 15 seconds, and then distorts and so on an so fourth. Many people got this problem. It works fine with Samsung's smartphone.
