Recommendation: Marine waypoint software management
WEBI am looking for "marine mapping software" that would allow to view, edit, and manage my waypoints and fishing spots. The last post I found on this topic was over a year old, so I was wondering if anything else has come up besides Homeport and Basecamp. Thanks!
Basecamp can't display and use pre-intalled marine chart
WEBI recently bought a Montana 600 Marine Bundle, which includes the Bluechart G2 US charts preinstalled in the device's main memory. I also bought a 32GB micro-SD card and the City Navigator North America NT product on a CD, and have successfully gotten that map registered, on my Mac, and loaded on the micro-SD card in the Montana.

WEBBaseCamp is not compatible with g3 maps. Are there any maps with marine charts that do work with BaseCamp? Basecamp's suggestion to purchase maps takes me to their online store, where I seem to be offered....you guessed it....g3 maps for purchase & download.

WEB700i with Marine Charts. 1414153 over 2 years ago. 700i: Does anyone have practical experience or knowledge of 700i using either G2 or G3 marine charts? What little info available on the web is conflicting. G2 and G3 are supported. I have G3. Vision variants are not supported. Does anyone know if the Navionics charts are compatible with the 700i.
