Aug 9, 2022 · Wot you can do is run a legionary team and pick mark of khorne on all yours guys (most of the unit options can run pistol and chainsword or (a couple guys can even take axe or claws) you just wont have access to the gunner options. But if your not going to tournaments you can proxy your berserkers as most units in the legionary team list tbh. 12.

Oct 20, 2023 · Berzerkers always get pistols/plasma pistols. So you cant go full melee without some ranged attack. In my opinion the best for a five man unit would be 3 pistols, 2 plasma pistols( one on champion), 4 chainblades and 1 eviscerator, and also plop a iconnof khorne in there for good measure.

I'd definitely reduce the amount of prominent Khorne iconography (eg on the shoulder pads) and mix in some standard bits (mainly replace backpacks with more standard ones. Anvilus pattern backpacks were absolutely around but not as common and I think it's a good way to show they're actually heresy models not 40k models with a 30k paintjob).
