You can tell the developer didn't put any work specific for the Surface Duo. But touchscreen works great! I don't even use the virtual buttons but the real 3DS screen buttons.

Settings->Surface Duo features->Lift to wake has the setting. I have experienced my phone turning off after five minutes. There is a setting to turn off after a period of time. It should be inactivity. Maybe there is a bug.

After another dozen phone calls and dozens of emails and hours wasted, MS finally sent another unit out two weeks later. This one reached me (it's my current Duo 2 -- still using it today, and it is awesome with great battery life).

But you definitely cannot fold it all the way back with the Theorem as the sticky holds the phone in place and all that case gets in the way. Hope that helps.

WEBSep 15, 2020 · When opening, the wallpaper wouldn't be displayed. Then when closing the duo, the screens would stay on. After the first two days of use, things got better and more consistent, mainly because I figured the gestures, and felt things actually worked pretty well! Then, today the duo won't lock when closing it, ever. It could be a new issue.
