If its in a roll, then pull it out slowly from the water so that water gets on the enture pasted surface. Then, book it for 15 minutes or so before applying to the wall. Upvote.

This is primer and sizing in one application and allows the paper to "slide" with less stretching. Have it tinted to match the background of the paper. Small gaps are almost invisible.

You have to steam wallpaper off the walls and now the steam won't penetrate the papers and soften the glue because it has a nearly impermiable layer of latex over it. Hope this helps! Upvote. # 3.
