I can write a 3rd testament about that. However, A R5 3600 + RTX 2060 is more than statisfactory for playing games at 1080p 60fps.

Those processor drivers you see are special Windows drivers that can't be updated manually. only when you upgrade Windows to a newer version will those drivers be updated. So just ignore Device Manager's Processor drivers.
