The CPU/iGPU in the screen is passively cooled "fanless". The result is if you doing long of CPU intensive application the computer overheat and throttle down.

WEBDec 1, 2023 · I'm using a Surface Book 3 512GB version. No matter how many programs are opened, the CPU usage is always close to 100%. No big programs opened, only a few web pages and office software, and set to best performance in power plan. This makes me extremely annoyed. Attached are screenshots of task manager and device info.
