Using Amazon Basics MiniDP to HDMI adapters (also tried a Belkin). Will not drive both screens--lots of screen flickering craziness. SOMETIMES works, mostly doesn't.

Everything works except for external displays. We have 2 surface pro 7s and three of the 1661 docks and the displays will not work. Audio, USB, charging all work fine.

Reinstalling the driver, reinstalling windows, resetting the device, cleaning the connectors...nothing worked. It is a hardware failure according to people from Microsoft store.

And I don't use Chrome) So I think it would be a pretty good idea to have Windows 10 S in my Surface Pro 4. Am I gonna be able to install it? And will Windows 10 S increase performance, stability and battery life?
