WEBJun 9, 2021 · Add: I should answer your questions though after typing this much.. the Vega 56 makes about 4$/day right now on ERG. I'd estimate 3$ to stay safe with price fluctuations. That means if you paid 700$ for a Vega 56 (the going rate on Ebay) it would take 233 days to ROI. That's a long time that probably extends past the end of ETH mining.

WEBJun 12, 2022 · Nah depends on power draw you can hit 145 on vega 64 but power use is atrocious. Exactly. Flash it to a 56 and get the over clocks right and it will do 150-154. Got 6x vega 64 mining, 804 Mh/s. Had to stop mining, my electricity costs more than I get. I get 154 mhs on all my Vega cards except one.

WEBNov 11, 2017 · At Microcenter, you can get a Vega 56 for 400. After tax, that gets to $5100 for 12. This would put you at a ROI of about 4.5 months. Granted, that's not Ethereum, but it doesn't make much sense to mine Ethereum with these at the moment. Monero is where the Vega reigns supreme.
