WEBDec 2, 2017 · As far as benchmarks go, the Vega 64 LC and the 1080 go hand in hand. If I wanted Freesync, the Vega LC and monitor combined cost me about 1350$ If I wanted G-sync, the 1080 and monitor would be about 1540$ 1080 Ti with G-sync is 1800$ And that's the cheapest available option.

Highest core temperature reported by HWinfo was 71c and average was mostly around 65c. Hotspot temperature however was reported as 110c, which I doubt was accurate because I didn't see that affecting core clock at all.
