Apple News not connected to Internet but … - Apple Community
WEBMay 23, 2024 · I am getting very frustrated with Apple News not connecting to internet, when all other relevant apps on iPad have no problem connecting to internet. Also have issues with iCloud backup. Like so many other Apple users all these issues only started after 17.5.1, update. Have tried all suggestions to resolve these issues, nothing works.

WEBSep 16, 2016 · Solution that worked: Changed language. Settings > General > Language & Region > iPhone Language (changed from US English to Canadian English). Takes a moment to implement the change but as soon as I could get out of settings, the widgets had all updated. I changed it back to US English.
