Can you see the outside of the castle if it is closed? I will be driving near there on a Monday when the museum is closed, but I'm thinking it might be worth stopping to see?

Hi, Yes, you can see it from outside. you have to walk to the park and then do the path you wish.

I was with a local family. The castle is great. Try to get to Grote Dorst on Sunday morning if you are in the area.
