Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us! If you'd like to bring infants and those under 21 years of age aboard the wagon, it would need to be a private wagon rental (just your crew) and the wagon itself would need to remain dry. This means we can still visit family-friendly establishments where those of age can consume what they want inside, however no alcohol can be brought on the wagon during the pedal ride itself. Our wagons have 12 bicycle-style seats (6 on each side), in addition to a bench on the back that fits up to 3 people. We do not have any seat-belts, or ways to strap down a stroller/car-seat, if you're bringing an infant, I would recommend having someone holding the children for the duration of the ride. We move at 3-5mph, however I would suggest having this person sit on the bench and not on a pedal bicycle seat for better balance. We will also need a parent/guardian to assume liability for anyone under the age of 18 (including infants) by filling out and signing a release of liability waiver for the child.
