I received a parking ticket for parking in the parking lot to the left if you were heading down towards the pier, i paid the meter and it was fine upon my return with plenty of time left, time as 9:44 pm, i asked the officer and he aid to contest it, jerk! whats there to contest? ticket reads Lot closed/No permit.....why would i need a permit parking at a meter?

that lot closes at 9 as stated by the sign at the entrance into the lot, no idea why it does, but it does, sorry
