Mayim Bialik may make her long-awaited return to the Alex Trebek stage earlier than anticipated. The former Jeopardy! host hinted at a possible return to the show in a Fox News Digital interview, in which she remarked about her time on Jeopardy!

Mayim Bialik hasn't ruled out returning to Jeopardy! Despite being let go as a host in December 2023 — because viewers wanted one consistent host, rather than two — Bialik, 48, recently told Fox News, "I'm definitely still a fan of the show and very honored that I was nominated for an Emmy for my work there."

Mayim Bialik's brief stint as a Jeopardy! host came to a halt in Dec. 2023. Since then, Ken Jennings picked up full-time hosting duties, but the actress spoke very little on the subject. In her Instagram announcement,

Despite being axed as Jeopardy! host last December, Mayim Bialik has revealed she is open to returning to the iconic game show. The surprising news came in a new interview with Fox News Digital, where the The Big Bang Theory actress said she is proud of her work on Jeopardy! and teased a potential return.

Now, the latter group of fans may have reason to celebrate, as Mayim Bialik stoked a bit of hopeful speculation when talking to Fox News Digital about the potential to jump back behind the Jeopardy! lectern in Season 41 or beyond. In her words:
