United Airlines will soon become the second legacy U.S. carrier offering free in-flight WiFi to travelers when it introduces Elon Musk’s satellite internet service, Starlink.

Passengers on United Airlines will be able to go online for free beginning in 2025. The carrier has stuck a deal with Elon Musk’s SpaceX, eventually resulting in free in-flight Wi-Fi on all planes via its Starlink satellite internet service.

United Airlines will be equipping its planes with free in-flight Wi-Fi using SpaceX’s Starlink internet service next year, the airline announced Thursday, becoming the latest airline to offer complimentary internet service.
