Two of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ seven children took to Instagram Tuesday to express support of their father and make clear “nothing will break the strength of our family,” as Combs faces an onslaught of sexual assault allegations and awaits trial in jail on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering stemming from a high-profile indictment last month.

That particular suit was brought by a Jane Doe, who was 13 years old at the time of her alleged interaction with Combs in September 2000. According to Variety, the suit states that the young girl was asking limousine drivers outside the MTV Video Music Awards if she could attend an afterparty.
