A Rochester woman was arrested on a variety of fraud and identity theft charges after allegedly stealing her elderly landlord’s personal information and using it to defraud her of more than $250,000.

A woman was arrested Friday and charged with wire fraud, bank fraud and aggravated identity theft for allegedly cheating her landlord out of more than $252,000.

A Rochester woman has been accused of bilking her landlord out of more than $250,000. Nahtahna Castner, 45, lived in one side of a duplex owned by the victim, a woman in her mid-90s who lived in the neighboring unit.
