PHILADELPHIA — Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went into the medical tent after hitting his head on the turf during the second quarter against the Washington Commanders.

As time ticked away in the first half against the Washington Commanders, Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts headed to the medical tent. He went in with the independent neurologist – presumably for a concussion evaluation – but later came out and jogged to the locker room at halftime.

On third and goal, Hurts attempted to evade a crush of Commanders defenders. While finding space to deliver a throw into the end zone, Hurts was flattened, with his head hitting the ground under the force to two Washington rushers. He got up slowly and walked to the sideline as Philadelphia's kick team strutted onto the field.

When comparisons were made for quarterbacks in the 2024 draft class, Jayden Daniels was likened to Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. The two will now face off in an important division game Thursday night.
