Cantaloupe recall: Fruit sold in 5 states recalled for salmonella contamination
A brand of cantaloupes sold in grocery stores in five states are being recalled due to potential salmonella contamination. According to a Sept. 6 announcement from the Food and Drug Administration, Arizona-based, Eagle Produce LLC initiated a recall of 224 cases of whole cantaloupe.
